Atura Oran Park
Oran Park is about to get its first hotel and the timing couldn’t be better.
Atura Oran Park opens this October, bringing 184 rooms to one of Australia’s fastest-growing communities and landing just 20 minutes from the new Western Sydney International Airport. As development and investment ramp up across the region, this is one of the clearest signs yet that Western Sydney is becoming a genuine destination in its own right.
What’s Opening
Developed in partnership between the Perich family and EVT Hotels & Resorts, Atura Oran Park will sit right in the heart of Oran Park Town Centre, becoming the suburb’s very first hotel. It’s the fifth Atura location in Australia, joining Blacktown, Albury, Dandenong and Adelaide Airport, and the brand’s continued push into high-growth communities.
The hotel will feature:
- 184 contemporary guest rooms and suites, with a mix of categories suited to overnight visits and extended stays
- An Italian-inspired restaurant and bar anchoring the hotel’s social scene, from casual catch-ups to celebratory dinners
- A resort-style pool and terrace designed for lingering, not just passing through
- Generous communal spaces for working, resting and socialising
- Flexible conference and event facilities built for business, leisure and local demand
Design-wise, Atura Oran Park sits on the former Oran Park Raceway blended with the Perich family’s local heritage, giving the property a strong sense of place tied to the neighbourhood it sits in.
Why It Matters for Western Sydney
Oran Park is forecast to grow to more than 50,000 residents in the coming decades, and with Western Sydney International Airport expected to welcome millions of passengers a year once it opens, the timing lines up. Atura Oran Park will be the closest hotel to the new airport, putting it in a strong position for travellers moving in and out of Sydney.
About Atura
Atura describes itself as a new kind of neighbourhood stay combining considered industrial design, locally inspired details and teams who know their area well. The brand positions itself as an “open house” hotel ready for whatever guests need, whenever they need it. Atura Oran Park will be the brand’s fifth Australian property, alongside Blacktown, Albury, Dandenong and Adelaide Airport.
We’ll keep you updated with confirmed opening dates and further details as they’re released.
