Alessandro grew up cooking alongside his Nonna and Mamma, and it was in that family kitchen where his passion for Italian cuisine and the art of pizza making was born. After training with the best in Tuscany, he made his way to Australia with one mission to give people a truly authentic Italian dining experience. He has absolutely delivered.

Cosy local favourite spot where the pizza gets talked about as much as the pasta. Standouts include the Meat Lovers, Quakers Delight and Stanhope Delight. All thr pizza comes with a generous topping-to-base ratio that regulars keep coming back for. It’s BYO wine, gluten-free friendly, and the kind of place where the owner might come out and say hello.

St Marys is home to one of Sydney’s biggest food challenges! A 30-inch pizza people are driving across the city for. Italian dining just got a Western Sydney upgrade. Bambini Tratt at Fairfield RSL is doing something different with wood-fired pizza from an oven named Giuseppe, vodka pasta, and a spicy Diavola finished with honey from their own rooftop beehives, plus a caprese salad using basil grown in their rooftop Secret Garden.
